The Basics
Do you have my date available?
The most important question. We do have a lot of events, so make sure we can be part of your day.
How far in advance do I need to book with you?
To make sure that you have the photobooth available at your event, please contact us as soon as possible.
How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for five years now.
How does it work ?
Our photobooth is a opened photobooth. We come to your event and setup a background, studio lighting and a camera. Then we let the background to be your canavas. Your guests come and take pictures, either by themselves or by one of our certified photobooth assistants.
What kind of options do you offer for the photobooth?
We offer the following options for our photobooth: custom backgrounds, fun props, onsite printing and onsite viewing.
What does the custom background means ?
If you preffer to have a background that will match the theme of your wedding, we offer creative services to make sure we create a background to match it.
For example, if you have an italian wedding, maybe you would prefer to have the Colloseum as the background for your photobooth, we create that background for you on canavas.
What are the fun props ?
The fun props are wigs, glasses, masks, various items to make your guests create really unique and fun images.
What does onsite viewing represents ?
The onsite viewing is an option is a way to showcase the images via a projector at their real life size. Combined with the fun props is one of the ways to entertain your guest.
What does it comes included with your photobooth ?
With all our photobooth packages, we offer included : a white background, studio lighting and an assistant. Included as well are digital copies of all of your photobooth images on a custom made DVD.
If I would like onsite printing what are the options ?
With onsite printing, we offer either strips of images (the tradirional) or full size images (either 3x2 or 4x6). With all our printing packages, we offer a album for your guests to put their images and write a message for you.

May I have a list of references?
Certainly, we do have a references list available for you.
Packages, proofs, prints, contracts and policies
What packages do you offer?
We offer packages for every budget. We do understand that you are working on a budget and we strive to offer to our wedding clients an option to get everything that they want made, in such a way that they stay within budget. For all of our wedding packages, a good way to save is to combine our products. Contact us today and find out how you can save money on your wedding
Can I customize a package based on my needs?
Yes, you can customize every package to fit your specific needs. We have a full range of options and we want to make sure that you get everything that you need.
How long does it take to get the images from the photobooth? Will they be viewable online? On a CD?
Within 5 business days of your event, we will create your custom made webpage with all the images that we have taken at the photobooth. At the same time, you will receive a custom made DVD with all the images taken at the event. All the images from the wedding are available for 12 months as standard on our website.
What is the ordering process?
If you would like copies of the images from your photobooth, you can do it trough our website on your client page.
How long after I order my photos/album will I get them?
All the images that you order, are available within 5 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number when you order your images.
When will I receive a written contract?
Yes. On our contracts we include all the terms and all the details of the event.
How much of a deposit do you require and when is it due? Do you offer a payment plan?
We require a deposit at the signing of the contract. The deposit is the way you book the date. It is dued after we have sent you the contract. We do offer a payment plan, trough which you can pay in rates, evenly splitted up to your wedding day when the remaining balance is due.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
In the case that you would like to cancel the photobooth for your event we offer the following refund policy. If the cancelation is made within 60 day of the event, we offer a 100% refund of your deposit.
If the cancelation is made within 30 day of the event, we offer a 50% refund of your deposit.
If the cancelation is made within 15 day of the event, we do not offer a refund.
If for any reasons beyond our control anything happens and we can not be a part of your event, we offer a 100% refund.
Do you have liability insurance?
We are insured for commercial liability by Hicox Insurance, a part of Geico Insurance Company.
